This fall, HCGA will be updating its regulatory platform to submit to state regulators in anticipation of potential changes to state regulations. Please check Slack for more information on participating in working groups to help update HCGA’s regulatory positions on topics related to cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, labs, and retail.
