2022 HCGA Policy Survey: Summary of Results

Each year since 2019, HCGA has conducted a policy survey in the fall with the goal of identifying the most urgent challenges facing licensed Humboldt cannabis businesses. This year’s policy survey was open between October 26 and November 16, 2021, and received 58 total responses.

Based on these survey results, the next step for HCGA is to develop a policy strategic plan, subject to approval by a vote of HCGA’s eleven-person policy committee. Once approved, the policy strategic plan serves as the guiding document for HCGA’s local, state, and federal policy advocacy in the coming year.
