On September 12-13th, HCGA went on the road with many of its members to show & tell the story of sun grown cannabis at Cannifest in Arcata, CA. Humboldt Nation, with the help of HCGA members, set up the “Sungrown Snob Tea Party,” where guests could enjoy a cup of tea with some of HCGA member’s heavy-hitting flower.
Cannifest brought together a diverse crowd, young-and-old alike, enjoying a dab or a puff of Humboldt’s most beautiful flower. Arcata Ball Park showed up to celebrate, educate, and enjoy cannabis together with little talk of the onerous woes of the outside world, but a simple smile from one to the next, that we were here together connected by a single plant.
The event was filled with joy, laughter, amazing music, vibes, and connections to last a lifetime.
Eventgoers from all over the world got to understand the value of sun grown cannabis through the 12 Jays of Xmas project featuring 12 different farms from the Emerald Triangle.
