Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act: Comments from Legacy California Cultivation Regions

On Tuesday morning, HCGA’s policy committee voted unanimously to approve comments in response to proposed federal cannabis legislation, the Cannabis Opportunity And Administration Act (CAOA), in the U.S. Senate.
