Marketing Assessment Adopted by Supervisors

On Tuesday, November 17th the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the adoption of the Humboldt County Cannabis Marketing Assessment. In addition, the Supervisors directed staff to re-issue a Request for Proposals to “Humboldt County based non-profit organizations who include members from, or collaborate with, Humboldt’s cannabis business community and whose organizations mission or purpose includes providing services to the cannabis community and/or marketing Humboldt county products.”

“Now that the Board of Supervisors has adopted the assessment as our framework for the cannabis marketing program staff is busy preparing the request for proposals,” Adair said in a follow-up interview. “Our hope is to release it by early January.”
